Transformation is a highly personal process that is capable of changing someone's appearance or character completely for the better. Transformation can also take place in the heart and soul as well as in the way people see themselves and one another. Love is the agent of transformation. Guides facilitate the process.
I was born, raised and have lived in Southern California for all of my life, where I have worked with foundations and  non-profits in the areas of human growth and development, involving projects ranging from fund-raising to community outreach. I have two wonderful children and two equally wonderful grandchildren. And along with everything else that fills the life of a working mom, I also completed my Master’s program at the University of Santa Monica.

But I have also yo-yoed between a size two to a size 32. I must have tried every diet ever invented and made up some on my own. My highest weight was 350 pounds. Every diet and program only led to more weight gain until I finally learned how to heal myself through the techniques of Personal Transformation.

I learned what works and know how to work it. I chose to love myself and to live fully. I have allowed myself to feel authentically. But I also learned that I am much bigger than my feelings - that the pain didn’t kill me, and neither did joy. I shed 200 pounds of stuff that wasn’t me and have maintained that loss because I live a transformed life rooted in self-love, a willingness to experience myself fully, and taking responsibility for myself, my awareness, and my choices.

I live my life from a spiritual perspective and I believe that all roads lead to God. For the most of the past decade, I have committed my life to helping others. As a Transformational Guide, I have worked closely with individual clients and families. I have spoken before audiences both large and small. I have used my trained intuitive awareness combined with my life experience. As a mentor, guide, and teacher, I have helped many to Transform their lives and experience all that life has to offer.
